Growing Conditions
In our terroir, Pinot Noir is a variety that consistently yields balanced and moderate production, with a yield not exceeding 8,000 kg/ha naturally.
Nose
The aroma is characterized by ripe red fruit notes, reminiscent of cherry, raspberry, with subtle floral hints.
Palate
On the palate, it is fresh with balanced acidity and an elegant medium body. It offers a delicate mouthfeel and a pronounced finish.
Appearance
This red wine exhibits an intense, clear, and brilliant red color.

Harvest
It is harvested in late January at the midpoint of ripeness to preserve the primary aromas of the variety. The grapes are carefully harvested and transported in 16 kg crates to maintain their integrity.
