Growing Conditions
To create this Tempranillo, we work with a yield of 6000 kg per hectare, which contributes to the definition of this varietal.
Nose
Delicate aromas of ripe red fruits, reminiscent of strawberries and raspberries, are accompanied by subtle spicy notes of vanilla and coconut. It stands out for its character and distinctive mineral profile.
Palate
Agile and pleasing on the palate, it exhibits persistent freshness, highlighting and recalling its origins in Villa del Carmen.
Appearance
This Tempranillo enchants with its brilliant and intense ruby red color.
Aging
60% of the wine is aged for 10-12 months in first and second-use American and French oak barrels.
Harvest
The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and placed in 18 kg crates.
